Short and plain: what I collect, what I do with it, and how to have it removed.

What I collect
When you use the quote request form or email me, I receive what you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number (if given), project location, project type, timeline, project description, any file links, and, if you email me directly, any files you attach.
This site doesn’t use advertising trackers, and you don’t need an account to use it. Like most websites, the hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
How the quote form works
When you press Send on the quote form, your answers are delivered to my email inbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and you see a confirmation on the page. Your email app doesn’t open, and the answers are used only the way described here.
How I use it
I use your information only to answer your request, prepare a quote and work on your project. I don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and I don’t add you to a mailing list. I share project details only with people you’ve asked me to work with, such as your engineer or architect, or when the law requires it.
How long I keep it
I keep project emails and files as long as they’re useful for your project and my business records. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
